What languages does the Taptouch POS system support?
The Taptouch POS system's user interface (UI) supports English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Employees from different countries and regions can choose the language that suits them best, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
When printing receipts or kitchen orders in stores, the order content will be printed in English or Chinese.
To select the appropriate system language for employees, follow these steps:
Log in to the Taptouch Backoffice using the Chrome browser on your computer.
Navigate to the Staff > Staff > Staff List page from the left-hand side menu.
Locate the employee in the list and click on the edit icon on the right.
In the edit employee page, find UI Language, and choose the language for the system UI to display when the employee is using the POS device from the dropdown menu.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Once the system language is set, synchronize it on the POS terminal. When the employee logs into the POS device, the system UI will be displayed in the selected language.
If the employee is already logged in, they can click on the account avatar in the top left corner to return to the clock-in interface, enter their PIN code to log in to the POS device again, and the changes will take effect.
