How to stop receiving third party delivery orders?
The Taptouch POS system integrates with mainstream third party delivery platforms such as HungryPanda and UberEats, bringing more customer traffic to your store but also presenting some challenges.
During peak hours of business or during maintenance periods for delivery platforms, you can stop receiving orders from these platforms. Here's how to quickly set this up on the POS terminal:
Long-press the order icon on the left-hand side navigation bar.
On the order settings page, locate the Online Order section, and select the delivery platforms from which you want to stop receiving orders by toggling the corresponding switches.
In the popup window, set the duration for which the store will temporarily stop receiving delivery orders. You can choose from options like 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or for the remaining time of the day.
After setting the duration for pausing order reception, click Confirm to save the changes.
During this period, customers will not be able to place orders from the selected delivery platforms. Once the designated time for pausing order reception has passed, the system will automatically resume receiving delivery orders.
