How long does it take for my EFTPOS payments to my bank account?
After customers use Taptouch Pay to pay for their orders, the funds are not immediately deposited into the merchant's bank account. The settlement rules for the funds are as follows:
Every Monday is designated as the settlement day, with settlements for the previous week's order amounts processed at 7:00 AM.
The settlement includes funds from the previous week's orders, excluding the settlement day and the two days preceding it (T+2). Funds from these days will be settled on the next settlement day.
For example: On September 11th, settlements will include funds from September 2nd to September 8th. Funds from September 9th to September 11th will be settled on the next settlement day (September 18th).
You can view payout information for Taptouch Pay in the back office as follows:
Log in to the Taptouch Backoffice using the Chrome browser on your computer.
Navigate to the Setting > Payments > Taptouch Pay/Taptouch EFTPOS management page from the left-hand side menu.
Select Payouts from the navigation list to view the payout amounts and times for the corresponding dates.
